What you need to do is extract the contents of this archive, preferably with a program like WinRAR, into the Cyberpunk 2077 > bin > 圆4 folder. Once you have LukeRoss' Cyberpunk 2077 VR mod downloaded, you'll notice that it's in the form of an archive, named something like "REAL_mod_by_LukeRoss". You don't actually have to stay subscribed and pay any more than $10 once you can unsubscribe immediately after you download the mod, but it's always nice to support modders who make cool stuff, so consider staying subscribed if you can afford it. Since this is not a free mod, and downloads on Patreon are locked behind a paywall, you'll need to subscribe to LukeRoss for $10 per month.
